Who are we?
Well, really its just me.. Emily.
I started professional pet sitting whilst living in London in 2003 with a company called A Furry World.
When I moved home to Glasgow in 2009 I started a pet sitting service dealing exclusively with cats and called it Candyfloss Cats after my two first clients Candy and Floss.
In 2018, I moved to Maybole in South Ayrshire and continued to run Candyfloss Cats remotely, but frequently returning to the city to cover busy periods and unexpected staff absence.
The pandemic in 2020 meant that many Glasgow clients made the move from Glasgow to more rural areas including South Ayrshire and those clients got in touch asking for cat care. As a result, I started Candyfloss Cats Ayr which is now Cat Cayr.
